Hua Hin

Hua Hin is located on the west coast of the Gulf of Thailand, only 200 km from Bangkok. The city can be easily reached by train or bus. It’s a royal town and the oldest beach resort in Thailand, so it’s hardly surprising that it’s full of interesting historical attractions. Hua Hin has not only a beautiful long beach, but also numerous sightseeing opportunities and interesting places to visit, such as old temples, the Hua Hin Railway Station, world-class golf clubs, fine dining restaurants, luxurious resorts and Grand Royal Palaces. Additionally, several annual events and festivals are held here. The most famous is the Hua Hin Jazz Festival, which keeps Hua Hin nightlife dynamic every year.

Being one of the most popular destinations in Thailand, Hua Hin has been experiencing a property boom. There are plenty of houses and condos for sale and rent.

Buying land to build a golf course is another favourite choice here.

Hua Hin Attractions

Hua Hin Hot Zone

This famous road in Hua Hin is full of shopping plazas, night markets, hotels & resorts, restaurants, medical & wellness centers, golf clubs and business centers.

Property prices here are now very high and it’s hard to find the land for investment. Since Hua Hin is a favourite choice for a second home, the area has seen major property development. Therefore, there is a large number of condo and beach villa projects being built. Despite selling prices higher than Bangkok, the demand of second homes has not decreased.

As the seaside resort town is only a 3-hours drive from the capital, offering a deep blue sea view and a relaxed lifestyle, the location is becoming a challenge for major property developers.

Khao Takiab

Meaning “Chopstick Hill” in Thai, and also known as Monkey Mountain, Khao Takiab is one of the biggest attractions you shouldn’t miss. Only 7 km away from Hua Hin, it offers a great combination of peaceful beaches and hillside.

Khao Takiab offers plenty of activities: water sports, top restaurants, bars, 5-star resorts & hotels and several nice temples to visit, the most popular of which is the Khao Takiab temple.

The view from the top of mountain is a perfect spot to take a selfie or get a new blue sea cover photo for your Facebook profile. You will also have a funny, naughty time with cheeky monkey gangs that hang around. More importantly, being a fishing village, the place has always been renowned for nice and fresh seafood and fish. Make sure you find some time to pamper your stomach. Not far from Khao Takiab, there are many nice beaches and lovely places to explore like Khao Kalok, Khao Tao and Khao Sam Roi Yod.
